Viktor didn't get enough love nowadays

In the last months i was thinking about getting some love. But when they released another Project skins, Im surprised that Viktor didnt get one, and Jinx got one. Like, does she needs more love? It doesnt make sense! They're both from Zaun. Viktor could easily fit in the Project Skinline.

Same thing with Arcades vs Battle Bosses. Battle Boss with human character is pretty bad (like Yasuo in the game). Even though Viktor is a human too hes part cyborg and doesnt have the weird flesh shown like the previous battle boss skins.

And no significant stat buffs in a meta with many champs who dashes alot of times. Many wishes for some love to our best cyborg.
