Question that I don't know if you can answer

So I have kept up with the problems riot faces when it comes to League of Legends. I keep up with the round table videos, the post on the boards, but after hearing the issues you face with the game. A question still bugs me whenever I read or listen to all the things you post. That question is what problems do you consider small that stay at the bottom of your list until the big ones are handled first? What things do you keep lower priority over the others I guess is really what I would like to know so that can shed more light on why you do all these changes as time goes on. There are many changes I am not a fan of, but maybe if I hear your list of what you consider lower priority over others can make a lot of these things more understanding. I don't know if you can answer that question, but I figure I will ask.
