this monster seems really overpowered to me it stronger than blue sentinel - blue buff and its smite buff is really weak kinda feels unrewarding and i always skip it literally every other buff is way better than this

any units that attack you dealing 10 + (5% of bonus health) magic damage over 3 seconds ok why not make it every second why it has to be over 3 seconds? any other thing is better than this thing
