Sion QoL buffs

1. When ulting, can we zoom out Sion's camera, a-la Jhin?

Thematically, Sion should be fearlessly charging into battle, but I hate using R as a primary engage because it's so easy to dodge.

A big reason for this is that I can't see exactly where opponents are running until I'm within a screen of them, but by that point I'm moving too fast to adjust my course if I'm not already aimed correctly. So, I have to guess where they'll be and/or estimate based on the minimap; it's just weird to press R and then immediately stare at the minimap while ignoring the rest of my screen.

2. *Can I activate items during Q the same way I can activate W?

The reason I'm asking is because I was playing AD sion in aram and died to karthus ult because I couldn't activate edge of night while channeling Q.

This is slightly more buff and not just QoL, but I can't see any abuse cases except maayybe ravenous hydra.
