Off meta picks

First off, I'm completely ok with offmeta picks and endorse it if its a great and fun idea. BUT. What makes an offmeta pick? well the better question is: what DOESN'T make an offmeta pick

1. Needing your jungle to camp your lane in order for you to win (by this i mean CONSTANTLY. as in there is no matchups the offmeta pick can win at all whatsoever. Ie. picking soraka top 10 games in a row and in all of those games, you lose lane
2. Picking an offmeta pick as support that revolves off of afking at tower and leeching xp

basically, just because you chose yorick support, afked at tower, and your team was able to manage to carry you DOESNT mean yorick support works. or picking nami top wth a plan to farm until lategame but end up feeding
