Which champion is worth to master for rank games and why? Riven VS Fiora and Jinx VS Vayne

I play fiora more than riven and I play Jinx more than vayne. I am not a pro but I would like to master a champion. I don't mind to try mastering riven and vayne if its worth because I like the 4 of them. Thanks
