Balancing bot lane

Can Riot please balance bot lane again or something? I have been playing many games on where there will be 2 supports on as Ap "adc" its like there isn't any of that anymore and its annoying having ap champs as adc and more support champs in mid lane as well. Can you plz change that? otherwise I think league is dying
