About the borders ?

well today i bought the nasus border i had from the loot, but nothing happened, i quite dont understand why it isn't showing when i go in game , while in the loading screen. it is supposed to appear right ? if not, how am i supposed to equip it ? or the boarders aren't out officially yet ?
