Assassins (other seemingly broken champs) and ARAM rerolls

So it's been a while since i posted something about the rerolls...but unless i missed something....the aram rerolls are STILL not refunding if someone else dodges...which i think is stupid...

Furthermore...what are the thoughts on these champs...are they broken...at least currently.

Vayne yasuo khazix rengar every other assassin (like mr i can jump any wall) etc... oh and vi is pretty annoying right now huh...

maybe it's just me but i wanted to see them reeled back in a bit at least
