Aram feels really bad this preseason

Loved Aram last season only a few annoyances but this preseason it is completely broken. I dont know if the matchmaking is just bad or if the new snowball dmg meta has just ruined it. if enemy adc gets 3 kills gg you will never touch their tower. If you get late game scalers gg the early game team wins. Most rounds reach the nexus by 12 minutes and are over by 15. Rip Aram
