Sub-platinum division leaver-buster system

I have this idea that if you are in a sub-platinum division you should be able to dodge with less penalty due to how many trolls and feeders you encounter. I run into situations where 75% of the games I play I know they are going to be full of trolls from the very start. I know I will get a lot of negative comments in here going on about "mad cuz bad" and the like. But this is a legitimate idea that I would like some ideas on and possibly be able to throw Riots way to help some of us who are not good enough to carry but still good enough to make a significant impact on game play distance ourselves from the trolls that run rampant in Silver and Bronze.
