Sion's new Q is way too uncomfortable to play with

why do i have be to be stunned for .25 seconds after i Q. You punish me for using my Q because i'm literally unable to move for .25 seconds... This is the dumbest change ever, and it's extremely annoying and uncomfortable to play with.
