Talon is unhealthy for league of legends

I would like to know the skillful counter-play against talon. who beats him? who no matter what will beat him every game if both players are of equal skill. The way I'm seeing it is he has no counter-play versus him except build health and armor and hope that he doesn't have support from his team to survive and continue putting out damage. we knocked out Leblanc's silence because it was just to much and provided no counter-play versus her. I'm seeing the same thing needed for talon. I honestly want some help here because sure you can ward versus him but does that help you level 6 in lane versus him, no.
