why can't i change what button i use to ping on the score board?

so I play with left mouse button for attack move and I can click through the scoreboard. my problem is that the left mouse button also triggers item on the scoreboard for pings... so I can't control my character while checking the scoreboard without spamming pings.

Because Riot doesn't give a shit about our ability to play the game properly apparently. You can't use attack move without literally everything else that uses left click getting fucked up, it's cancer
