draven work worth? thoughts on draven after this patch?

I played draven today and was really disappointed in the change on his q. I was full build and barely hitting a crit with 1100 damage with spinning axes. That doesn't seem normal at all for a draven when you used to be able to crit 1600+ full build. if you build all ad with no attack speed maybe the q is still strong but with how it is right now I don't see draven as a threat at all. the league of is dead
