[Suggestion] Please make the startup animation more identifiable
I've been playing this game for more than 2 years and this always bothers me.
Counterplay, counterplay, they like to call it.
But the startup animation of most skill in this game is too hard to identify. There is hardly anything on the table to actually "counter".
What I'm saying is that the animation before any skill that has a cast time before they finish the casting.
Take Riven for example, the moment you see Riven cast her second R is when her projectile comes out, not when she starts casting it.
There is nothing about reaction here, it's more about predicting when Riven will cast her R rather than seeing her cast then react.
Especially in a chaotic teamfight, it's more about luck if you can dodge as many skill with your flash than actually "seeing" and "react".
That's why I'm asking Riot to actually consider doing an "animation revamp" to bring more depth to this game.
I use to play a lot of Chun Li on Street Fighter 4. If anyone aren't familiar with her, she has an ultra that can go through projectiles.
And I proud myself for my reaction on punishing my opponent for firing projectiles within the ultra range.
No, I didn't just "predict" the projectile and fire my ultra randomly, I also prepare and "react" to my opponent.
Reading the rhythm of your enemy is one thing, reacting is another.
TL;DR Startup animation in game should be more identifiable for reaction and outplay potential.
