A handful of gripes from a Bard main.

1) Bard's meeps don't recharge while dead.

The number of meeps you had when you died is how many you have when you respawn. It's not even like your CD pauses, all your progress towards getting your next meep goes away. This isn't how any other ability works and it's starting to piss me off. Imagine if GP didn't recouperate his Barrels while dead, and then realize that it takes GP 16.5 seconds to get all his barrels back (45% CDR) while it takes Bard 25 to get all his Meeps back (5 Meeps at 5 seconds apiece at 65 chimes).

This means that if Bard has to fight immediately after respawning, he'll only have 1-2 meeps at his disposal and is likely fucked.

2) Bard can't ult Inhibitors, the Nexus, or Un-exposed towers

The description of things Bard can ult in the champion spotlight is "Literally anything that can move or attack". Under those rules, it makes sense for Inhibs/Nexuses to be immune to Bard ult.

...but that isn't how things work, since Bard can freeze Blast Cones, Wards, and GP Barrels, none of which can move or attack.

I'm fine with not being able to ult enemy Nexus/Inhibs, but I should be able to freeze my own to stall for time.

As for Unexposed towers... those things can definitely attack. If I'm diving that deep, I should be able to use my ult to Ohmwrecker the tower, even if it isn't vulnerable to normal attacks yet.

3) Chime spawns are still fucked on Twisted Treeline

The list of people who play Bard on TT must be small enough that you could fit them on a post-it note, but we do exist (...I think). A ways back, you deliberately made a change to prevent chimes from spawning under towers.... on SR. On Twisted Treeline, there doesn't appear to be any such restriction in place, seeing as I'm frequently pinging my allies to take a tower so I can get to the chimes under it.
