the delay on cho's W is awful

Like legit impossible to land on anyone with half a brain now if they just walk away when they see the animation. I was so fed on cho last game but felt completely worthless because I couldn't poke with W without landing my Q first.

The delay I feel just feels so incredibly awful after the nerf.

When you are 20-5 and still feel worthless, there is an issue.
