What happened to clarity?

It seems that the push for clarity has been KO'd by these new masteries. I enjoy thinking of builds and testing things out but I dont really have the patience to test out the deathfire touch mastery with every single ability to make sure it actually functions. If something says PROCS on ABILITY, it should proc on ability. When there are over 10 exceptions to the rule, its no longer a rule and clarity takes a big hit.

I can deal with change., but the lack of clarity is bothersome. Just my 2 cents...

I remember Riot saying something like its either really overpowered or extremely underpowered, just based on your matchups. Some are just really weak and useless

Im right there with you i understand strategically using your mana aswell but it irritates me that theirs still barrier and heal along with no mana cost champions its hard to get ahead of or make your presence felt sometimes clarity was the only thing that allowed you to stay in lane. Its kind of sickening to see it go but they kept it in aram chears for that but now that they see someone knows they are going to smash it out of existence now. Out with casters in with adc every lane >.> i guess thats the way this season is leading.
