[Idea] Gold Income Item Provide Instant Unlock to Trinket Upgrade

I generally main support, and in doing so, generally opt for upgrading my trinket over Sightstone. Though, I still get ragged on quite regularly for not getting Sightstone immediately!. Anyhow I was just thinking, wouldn't it be cool if 'support' could get trinket upgrades early; Which in turn let me to thinking that gold income items could offer early unlock to trinket upgrade.

This could lead to some really interesting game-play style modifications, should a laner want to play passively, he could get a gold income item, and trinket early on.

Which in turn makes it that much harder for Jungler to gank! Does he stay clear of the lane all together ? Does the opposition choose to go after ward clearing ? Does the Jungler focus on ward clearing ?
