Can Ashe get a tiny buff?

Looking and her numbers and stats, Ashe doesn't seem like she's in a great shape overall. I mean her win rate is tolerable and she brings utility, but for the role it seems like she's lagging behind or is dead last in way too many areas.

1. Last in damage dealt
2. Last in kills
3. More deaths than kills on average
4. Last in gold
5. Below average in CS

I think her biggest issue is that a ton of champs seem to counter her while she has relatively few champs that she counters. In terms of hard meterics that are available, she's not little to nothing going for her. I mean it's great she's getting a lot of assists, but most people aren't looking to their ADC for getting assists.
