Couldnt lock, tickets gone, day wasted

so, our captain couldnt lock in. now none of us have tickets, and we have lost this day of play? i spent 10 bucks on BE so i could play with 5 tickets, and have some left over to get more for tomorrow. I now have no tickets, got no play time, and get nothing out of it? nah, sorry riot, but you owe us some compensation. ALL of the players that got screwed over because of this.
