Remake feature

How come Riot has a remake feature for all normal and ranked game modes, but there is no remake for rotating game modes. Me and my friends all find that more people never load into rotating game modes than normal or ranked games. Seriously why is there no remake in the rotating mini games. People dont load in it happens, but teams shouldnt have to wait 15 mins just to surrender when its been 4v5 the whole game. If you win or lose a 4v5 you still get the same amount of points, but why please just some riot worker answer my why there is no remake in rotating mini games???
