Dear Riot: Some (Balance) Things to Bring to Your Attention.

This recent patch (8.9) has come with a lot of question marks, but it's not just this patch (though it mostly is).

Mundo: Was already able to go anywhere he "pleases", but now an entire team needs to build to counter him. So... just by picking him, he holds the other team hostage via item build. That's an entire team to compensate for ONE champ.

Zed: After this most recent patch: Needs his move costs increased so as not to over-pressure 95% of mid champs.

Sona: As a support, her build path lets her both heal effectively and nuke other champs. Can something be done to force her to choose between supreme healer and battle-mage? Maybe change her AP scaling to match with certain item sets for going support or portable turret?

Ahri: Her Kiss of Death (Charm) is insane. It's duration needs to be reduced, back to what it was. Can she please return to being a kiting champion? You know, instead of hunkering down and lighting up the enemy while charm does it's thing?

In full honestly, I don't know why she needed the mini-rework... and the given reasoning doesn't exactly hold up considering more of her identity was stripped away from her: She does more damage and doesn't need to move around as much. This current kit definitely doesn't seem to properly represent her identity well; less so than her pre-rework kit. More mobility and less AP would have been a much better approach.

Morgana: As much as I love playing her, I have to admit that she's overpowered - and that the nerf to her healing was NOT what she needed. Instead, her base AP ought to have been reduced to the point where she would at least need a 1k AP item for her level 3 e to clear the back row of minions, and her initial q cooldown increased by 3 seconds so that she wasn't dominating early game with minimal mana cost.

Garen: Giving him bleed resist and maybe the extra general resist would have been enough. But his damage increase was unwarranted (since his silence is potent). I mean, he's already a walking Warmogs.

There are other champs and such, but these ones are my biggest "???".
