Remove devourer will remove trolls

Devourer seriously needs to be removed. It does nothing but promote jungle trolling where someone instalocks udyr, announces they will be doing nothing but farming devourer until it hits 30 stacks, and if you even touch a camp they start trolling and griefing. Rar. I just needed to vent!

Why are you taking your jungler's camps when they are farming stacks? Bro sounds like you asked for it.
