Ranked isn't a lottery.

Sike, i lied again. It's paritally a lottery in low elo(no idea how this applies to high elo, im a silver 3 pleb myself), anyone can tell you that. But! Not every single game is a lottery and even games with the worst odds can be won(people can throw a game 5v4. Ive seen it happen).

So again no, you aren't climbing because the ranked system is shitty, you aren't climbing because you don't have the skill to.
