Chinese Splash arts VS North American splash arts

Ive been wondering for a long time, that why is it the chinese splash art for even original skins look like they had alot more time put into them than the NA ones? Dont get me wrong i love what you guys do and i realize how amazing your artists are and the amount of effort they put into those splash arts but im just curious as to why not take out old and outdated splash arts and replace them with the chinese artwork, it seems as if they are alot more modern and finished here are some examples

We have to keep Udyrs graphics as shitty as possible so people purchase the 30$ visual update.

You can't just give him a cooler splash than spirit guard.

I don't know about Vandal Brand 'cause I like his I'm going to drink at a bar and who cares attitude. But as for Evelynn, I like it better and wish she would put on a piece of actual clothing once in a while. Like her Tango skin. But Udyr. YES!! That is beyond what he looks in AMERICA. Should we change his splash art to this. Riot didn't even have to think on it. Puts this as his new splash art. A celebration was put on for all Udyr fans of America.

Evelynn actually looks like a champion in the Chinese art. The NA art makes her look like poop.
