Riot - Give Poppy's New W Slightly More Utility

The Poppy rework looks amazing so far, and everything I've seen from it is pretty impressive as far as kit balancing and whatnot. The only thing I have to say about her kit being lackluster is her new W. Sure it is useful against a team with mobility with its dash-stopping. And maybe the speed will be helpful for engaging and disengaging, yet it is missing something else.

To add synergy with her passive, I say that if you use W when her buckler is on the ground after a ranged attack, and is in range of the W, it should pick it up. It might add a little extra reward for using Steadfast Presence within a fight.

It's not a huge change, but I think it's well worth adding to her kit.
