Valor's Human Peeves.

So this isn't about how any runes might not be functioning well enough or conversely. There is an interaction with Quinn and Harrier where Valor will place the passive on a random minion after enemy minions hit yours in lane about within a second after the passive has been available. This makes lane harassment more difficult because you otherwise have to auto attack the enemy within that first second to even consider making a 3 harrier proc trade unless you want to start all trades with your escape resulting in chasing proc 2 and 3 always feeling unsafe.

My suggestion for this one is to increase the window for Valor's placement of Harrier on minions at .5-1 second longer (w/o a quinn autoattack) after the cooldown returns and/or allowing the passive to be toggled and hotkey-able.

Lastly is the most frustrating Harrier interaction and probably the only necessary change. There will always be moments where you have to use your E or Q in reflexively defensive ways, not to exclude fast E engages or disorientating Q openings out of a bush, juuuuuust after Valor decides to Harrier the champion resulting in the Valor Harrier being removed and replaced and put immediately on cooldown leaving you to kite with only the two harrier's. This interaction is the consequential WORST for a champion with no in-combat ult since the gal's power is shifted to Harrier damage and mobility.

The suggestion here is to simply refresh the harrier cooldown in situations where Valor auto targets and is then subsequently obliterated by a skill's application. I think these requests are quality of life fixes to a clunky kit interaction rather than a buff and should be feasible, but if you want to make my day and get buff happy, go ahead and let skill applications proc Valor targeted Harriers while also reapplying the normal skill delivered Harrier.

Ah yeah, one other thing about early-mid game Quinn is that her wave clear and red side jungle is quite bad. When i sometimes play Quinn jungle it usually feels more correct to never do full clears until at least 3 points in q because of low the base damage is along with a completed Warriors and that's just to consider chickens. I don't even look at a Krug till static shiv.

It would be interesting if Q would apply harrier to all minions and monsters hit in the AoE. Perhaps the first hit is the only one that takes full harrier damage from a proc and is vision reduced while the others take half damage procs and can still see? W/e is healthy of course.

I dare not even contend that this could work on enemy champions as well... or do I? Do you?
