As and ADC main I think we should buff Twitch

Twitch feels less like a harbinger of pestilence and disease and more like a lazy gerbil. I don't even remember the last time I've seen twitch in any queue and with I believe that he is hands down the worst ADC at the moment.

I'm no game balancing guru but can we maybe give him a slight rework? Make his title as the plague rat actually mean something like... what if his poison could spread between champs and packs a small debuff. Or if it could spread among minions and do bonus damage to them. That would be great thanks

He needs a lot of love. He is played in the LPL sometimes, though, so he isn't completely useless. His main problem is that his Q and R are incredibly strong in the ideal scenarios, which is why he got nerfed to the ground because of how safe he was in S4. It was when RIOT was killing off all the safer lategame ADC's before they decided to buff tanks as well.
