What to do...

I was in a match last night as Velkoz, and was counter picked with Yasuo, and the guy was pretty good. He won lane, I got a kill on him, he got a kill on me, then I was cought out of position on a Volibear gank died again and lost my tower.

And this is when things got wierd. I did not know what to do. We were not doing well in any lane, so I couldn't count on help. I could not stand alone in mid, at this point Voli and Yas could dive me without much difficulty. And, since we were loosing in the JG roaming was very dangerous.

What can be done?
