Nerfed wrong part of Pyke

I have been a Pyke main since he was released. The thing I have come to rely most heavily on is his passive healing and how _insane _ it is. However, the last nerf removed all of his clear. Pyke can only effect one minion at a time now unless he ults the wave. As a support, it is sometimes crucial that you're able to help wave clear. Perhaps the nerf was incorrectly placed. I think nerfing the passive healing or the swim duration would have been more effective in nerfing lane Pyke without removing him from the meta entirely.

Or maybe make that champion not be 75% ULT, 25% run away like a btch and never die if things go south.

I played Pyke 2 times and realized that I am absolute trash at this champ and still did perfectly fine because the base damage and general power of ULT is crazy. I misplay on any other support and I go 0/10 midgame(obvious exageration, but you get the point).

Nerf his ULT and passive regen, increase his playmaking potential, make his hook better with more damage and faster charge.

Umh i belive that the issue is on his ult dmg because as mid/top , he get more exp as supp and this leave him to oneshot other lane while roaming. The E+Q clear was a good nerf since it affected less than a ult, passive nerf would affect his support play. Sure he can no longer clear wawe but he's an ad so he can still keep up lane push through aa. I agree that his passive is too good but nerfing that equal to nerf his support role but the goal of the nerf was to keep on line support pyke and nerf solo lane pyke. I hope they do something similar to Tahm kench.

they dont need to do anything crazy. It's a very simple solution, reduce the amount of damage DRASTICALLY that he does to minions. Don't completely remove it... wtf is wrong with riot? Are they on the purple juice? These nerfs were careless AF.
