Either nerf Executioner's Calling or rework self healing mechanic in the game!

Its funny how one champions kit can get totally gutted with just one item that is worth what? 800 gold? . Playing Mundo or Vlad top and after first back you have to face enemy laner with ,you just get irrelevant since your kit gets irrelevant which is healing,especially on Mundo ,not to mention Swain too. It just doesent feel right. Either rework item or mechanic of self healing. The reason you never see top anymore is because of how easy is to counter his whole kit with just one item that costs no more than 800 gold if i am not mistaken.
