Thats my post I made yesterday. I KNOW Kayle jungle can't do it because i fricking tried it in practice mode beforehand. So one bastard hovered it in pickscreen in ranked so I banned that trollpick.
Also the enemy picked Udyr. Imagine playing a jungler that cannot even clear with a Udyr in hot pursuit. if league of legends had a option in pickscreen to do mutiny I would have done it.
