Ranked Picks and Bans

Ok. So in Solo Q, usually the players with later picks have advantages because they can counter pick their lane opponent most of the time. Not everybody has the opportunity to trade champs if they don't own all of them. A lot of the time, first pick players are forced to blind pick into their matchup, so this can cause huge disadvantages especially in carry lanes. Because of this, I think that the first three players should be given the ban powers because that would allow them to make smarter choices about which champion they play.
