Make Options Available in Champ Select.

Now its just getting annoying. Every time you guys make a new update, or I repair client, I have to spend the entire champion select listening to the default music when I want to watch a youtube video.

Further more many times I'll forget to change it after game, so its just a cycle till I finally remember. I'm sure many others have this issue and it is a quick fix, so please!
