Can we please do somthing about Tahm ult

It's just so strange to use. The delay massive while the range so average in the early ranks. Now with the buffs of grievious wounds. Tahm just feels like been in a strange spot.

Since his W get on cooldown for using it (even when he flies solo). Can't we give him a short movementspeed buff when he comes out of it?
