Dynamic Queue is a GOOD THING, but it has MASSIVE flaws

So Dynamic Queue, something I personally have wanted for such a long time it's ridiculous. Jumping in CSGO and being able to queue with 4 other people I know for a fact will communicate and I can trust feels amazing. Getting into League and possibly getting 3-4 people that are non-communicating, toxic, "potatoes", afk, or elo boosted feels just plain awful. I am glad that League is FINALLY taking this route. HOWEVER, ALOT needs to change for this to end up being positive.

First off. LCS, Challenger, and high ranked 5's teams being allowed to queue together while the being only one ladder needs to end and it needs to end yesterday. This simply cannot be allowed to happen because it breaks the integrity of the game in a sense that it is still capable of being called a "solo" game. If I can play by myself why should I have to risk going up against the best, not just players in the region, but possibly best team in the region when I am queued as a single person. The LCS team is BOUND to be in voice comms communicating with each other and even if they weren't the advantage is so massive it ridiculous. IF the system is to stay and private ladders/servers/whatever are not allowed to exist, this can't happen.

Second. Voice Communications. If I am forced to go against a premade 5 that has voice comms as a solo with 4 randoms, why should I be handicapped even further by not being able to actually talk to these people? Who cares if people are toxic? They are going to be toxic anyways in regular chat, the argument is completely invalid. The handicap of even POSSIBLY being up against a premade 5 with voice comms is so great that playing against a team like that is rather likely to end in a complete stomp. I know that not every game is going to be this way, but since climbing will be a lot easier now since you can just queue as 5, ATLEAST give a an ingame voice comms system.

Third. Promotions and LP needs to go out the window. Scrap it, burn it all, throw it into the dumpster and never let it return. LP has always been stupid because it is artificial and has almost ZERO correlation to your actual ELO. Promotions are literally the cancer of League due to people always for some reason having a tendency to become even more toxic than they already are when in them. Please PLEASE PLEASE just throw them out. Let us rank up according to our ELO. All the divisions can stay but make them pertain to ELO, not to how shitty my luck is when queueing up for ranked.

Fourth and last. The limit of and ranking of 200 people in Challenger needs to be erased. This system is flawed because people will make automatic assumptions on how well people play based on where they stand. "I'm a top 10 challenger jungle main", while that is impressive it also is artificial. I hate to say it, but if professionals didn't scrim as much as they did and only played solo queue, close to every one of the 200 spots in Challenger would be taken by professionals and solo queuers would NEVER be able to get in. Please just throw this stupid system out. Allowing unlimited players into Challenger, AS LONG AS THEIR ELO IS HIGH ENOUGH, should be the way to go instead of restricting it to 200. ESPECIALLY now with dynamic queue. With a change such as this, Challenger will be separated ANYWAYS in terms of elo because there will be people that are super high challenger, and people that are super low challenger and are barely in the division. The separation will still be there but the "rank" is gone.

This system is GOOD, but with the current existing system it is a dumpster fire.
