Urgots new update

So i played against urgot and counterpicked gnar nad it went liked it should i could poke him from safe distance and i could run away with my jump when he used his e but when ge got to the mid game i saw urgot has no cooldown on is w and his w deals way more damage now so we can keep spamming it when i go in and to take the tower extreamly fast. So i think the cooldown so be way more because meele champs are going to have a bad time.
