Why can't I mute teammates with the new HUD? And can we have HUD options?

With the new HUD, there is no button on the score table to mute my teammates, only enemies. Why?

The mute button is probably the best and most used feature so we don't have to deal with toxic players. And for every person on the other team I mute, I probably mute 50 on people on my team. I'm getting the feeling with the removal of the tribunal and this that Riot doesn't care much about cleaning up the toxic parts of the community anymore, which is really sad, and I hope that Riot is committed to the community.

Please, bring back the mute teammates button, it is annoying and tedious typing out peoples name out.

Also, if the option could be presented to use the old HUD instead, that would be good. I don't see why we can't have two HUD options, options are always good (like the option to mute teammates easily!).
