Upon Champion kills or assists Neutral Monster Buffs Duration is increased by 30-45 seconds.

So probably a kill would grant 25 seconds and an assist would grant 15 seconds increased duration of the monster buff. Anyone else want to add or perhaps say something about anything? If not good day peace GL & HF.
