What do you personally think is better champion design?

Abilities with interactive pieces in their kit (e.g. malzahar's E refresh from Q).

Or

Abilities which are complementary (e.g. Morgana's Q with her W).

Personally i feel like there is an important distinction between the two, and would love to hear what you thought. As well as all of the other summoners on the rift. Which do you prefer or think is better?
