Nunu buffs for Howling Abyss and Crystal Scar

Please give Nunu his Q bonuses permanently on these maps. Im talking about these:

ROUGH ROCK CANDY: Nunu gains 10% increased size and 10% maximum health as bonus health, also restoring health equal to the amount gained. ORNERY MONSTER TAILS: Nunu's attacks and abilities deal 1% of his maximum health as bonus magic damage. SPOOKY MYSTERY MEAT: Killing a unit grants Nunu 15% bonus movement speed for 3 seconds.

Since there aren't any jungle monsters on these maps Nunu will never get these bonus. He's pretty much useless on these maps anyways so these small buffs would at least make him more bearable if you get him during ARAM.
