Quality of Life Buff for Vel Koz: E and W consistency

Greetings

Summary: It is my fervent belief that vel koz can do with some quality of life buffs. Specifically; upon casting of the E and W while dying, the spells should not "fade out of existence".

Context: As a vel support main, you frequently end up in close 2v2s where coming out on top can sometime come down to the slimmest of margins. Situations do arise where you can cast Eand W and die within less than a second of dying. Under these scenarios the E and W "fade" out of existence. In a close 2v2 having the stun still connect despite dying could be enough to turn a close fight in your favor. It can also be of use when being tower dove. netting the vel koz player a return kill. It also has applications in skirmishes when being dove by an assasin without having a defense recourse. (a fed fizz one shotting you)

Conclusion:This would be a way of giving vel koz some more strength in niche scenarios. Given that these scenarios are niche, it wouldn't result in a dramatic increase in power that would disturb the balance that currently exists. It would also enhance the experience of the vel koz player as your spell are no longer being cancelled after they have been cast.
