Four Changes That New Evelynn Really Needs (In My Opinion)
- Bring back dual scalings.
- Bring back level 1 camouflage, but make the circle bigger before level 6.
- Slightly increase E's range.
- Move MS buff from E to W upon using it, but make it work only towards the marked target.
That is not counting any of the potential number tweaks that she probably needs.
