Creative master yi nerf.

Yes yes I know what you're thinking. CC him. Yea.... thanks for your input. Now onto the suggestion. Master yi's highlander as you may know gives him massive movement speed, so that he is effectively unkiteable. My suggestion is to change highlander so that every slow he blocks reduces the remaining duration by .5 seconds. (Prior to devourer I saw no need to nerf yi, but now he's doing over 600 true damage in 3 basic attacks)
