Can we lower the remake time?

So today I was playing in Bronze I.

Then, in one of the few games I played, I was Amumu ganking bot, so the Fizz raged and left because I did not gank top (his lane). Before that, he angrily pinged me when I was near bot lane farming because he got "outplayed" by a Zed in top.

Then, the following game, some crazy crap went on. Our jungler accidentally forgot to bring smite, which is ridiculous. At the beginning of the game, we told him to leave so we can remake. He agreed because he ruined the game for us. We waited for a few minutes, trying to get a remake. Somehow, the game won't let us remake.

Guess what, our jungler came back. LIKE WTF. Is this not enough of trolling already for me today? I had these teams where won't listen to my pings, now I got these leavers/trolls? If I rage at someone for feeding, I get chat restricted, what about these trolls?

I know getting the ~60 LP back for me would take just an extra day, but consider the players trying to get out of bronze really badly. I do not understand why such a huge MOBA game company can not manage its players well. Why don't we design a special "check" that reminds players in bronze (only in bronze ranked matches) before game like the "accept match" button. Where it asks, "are these the summoner spells you want," "are these the runes/masteries you want?" "Please double check before the start of the match." Something like that.

These bronzies are annoying enough for me to guide them to win, not saying that I am a perfect player, but they don't even listen to pings... And now I have to get these players who makes the game 4v5. For this reason, I queue only for jungle too as much as I can. Please fix this. Don't just ignore bronzies. They might suck at the game, but some are trying really hard to win their games, they do not deserve leavers.

By the way, what if Trump started playing and offered Riot games to make him a diamond account? Would you do it for the money? I guess so.
