Please make it easier to proc spoils of war specifically with Targon's Brace

At a certain point in the game my own allies become bigger "proc blockers" than the enemies.

It becomes nearly impossible to execute the siege/melee minions after 20 min, so I'm forced to try and kill as many casters as i can before whatever goober near me instawombo combo's the entire wave.

It gets a little easier when eote/fotm is complete but there is a very long gap between the component and completed item, especially when you need boots and pinks and potions and potential other important component such as Would make things a little better if Targon's Spoils of war proc scaled against slightly higher hp.
