Concerns about new Yorick

I used to play old Yorick a lot. He was fun to play but also a pain to play against since he could just spam ghouls on you all day. Riot fixed this by giving new Yorick a small window where he could trade efficiently. Basically, you get 3-4 graves, raise your Mist Walkers, wall the enemy and go in and smack them around. So far so good.

BUT, this is also where the problem lies. Every single champion with a dash/jump in their kit totally ignores this window and can harass Yorick freely. I know it's too early to take win rates into account but seeing how he has below 40% win rate against every champion with a dash/jump makes me think there is something wrong with his kit.

tl:dr Yorick is being bullied by every champ that has a dash/jump since they can just ignore his W and trade freely.

Realizing his W is coded as minions instead of terrain feels wonderful. Realizing Riven's Q1 and Q2 can dash through it because it's minions and not terrain feels wonderful. Realizing Yasuo's E can also dash through it feels wonderful.

There are some aspects of the rework that have strongly weakened his state in many ways, most importantly is he has become much less sturdy than he was, when they removed his % damage reduction they did not replace it with some sort of scaling defenses with gear or anything. He can certainly kite more now, but he will not be as tanky as he once was. Also, mobility just counters him like it counter all the immobile champions without hard CC, and to make up for that they give him more damage which does not help if you can never hit the enemy because they kite you or dodge in and out of combat constantly. Grounding or the Poppy W effect would be quite good on his wall, at least force the enemy to use multiple dashes to get through, also the wall should not let enemies treat it like a minion, destructible is good but not when Yasuo can dash through it to him.

new yorick is fine. the only thing he needs is buffs to the maiden against enemy champions and the abilty to be controlled as a pet.

maiden gets 2 shotted by enemy champions while annie's tibers wrecks havoc and takes forever for enemy champions to kill it.

Sustain isn't really one of his core treats anymore, the ghouls are just there and don't really give anything in return, the same for the maiden, it feels like there should be something more in there., like Qing an enemy that the Maiden is attacking should heal you more than normal or something since the heal is near nonexistent. The hitbox on the E is so small, for such a crucial skill to land for the rest of his kit to work properly, it is so hard to acctually land the damn thing unless you got them trapped somwhere or they're easily predictable. Pretty much any dash can leave his W even those that should not be able to pass terrain (but it isn't coded as terrain now is it?), like, Trundle can pillar himself so that he can forcefully leave the circle.

Ok, but the classic OP champ, Blitzcrank blitz, is known, hell notorious, for having a very SMALL window of opportunity to engage. His 20 sec Q CD is what defines and breaks him, honestly.
