FIX AFKING

My thoughts on the matter of AFKING is, if you AFK in a ranked game you should be penalized by having to play 10 normal games with other AFKERS..... please that would fix RANKED AFKING! I mean does RIOT not care that people cant move up because of AFKING? I thought RIOT cared about thier community? please fix. ALSO if you AFK in normal games you should have to wait 20 min before queing up again. Does that not sound fair?????!!!!!
